Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Das gesamte 55m2 Zweiraum-Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen Rathaus und Uniklinik. Die Wohnung liegt im EG auf der Hausrückseite und ist sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls auf der ruhigen Rückseite und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zusätzlich können zwei Fahrräder kostenlos mit genutzt werden. :) Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz 🅿️ in der Straße, aber eine größere Menge an Straßen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in der Nähe. Direkt an der Hauptmeile im Westen Leipzigs gelegen, kannst du fußläufig fast alles erreichen. Das Szeneviertel Lindenau/Plagwitz bietet genügend Aktivitäten für ein gelungenes Wochenende. Spaziere direkt vor der Hautür am Karl-Heine-Kanal entlang, mache eine Kanu-Tour oder lass dich in einem der vielen Lokale verwöhnen. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist ganz klar der Balkon. Genießt den schönen Ausblick auf Plagwitz und natürlich die Sonne, falls sie scheint :)

Während meinen Reisen um die Welt vermiete ich meine gemütliche Stadtwohnung zwischen dem Zentrum Leipzigs und dem Clara-Park. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Panoramafenster hat einen sehr schönen Blick in den Garten, den ihr gern mit benutzen könnt. Verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig. Restaurants und Supermärkte 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Mein Apartment liegt 10 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig gelegen ohne Auto- oder Straßenbahnlärm. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon ist zum Süden ausgerichtet. Parkplätze sind an den umliegenden Straßen problemlos und kostenfrei verfügbar.
