Located in a quiet town just 6 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Lake Como, it’s perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation away from traffic. It's an excellent base for exploring the lake, with a shared bike and communal pool available. Self check-in: late arrivals OK. Guest parking is 120 meters from the house. Please note, there are some stairs to reach the apartment.

It has two balconies and a terrace, all with lake views, and only a 5 minute walk down steps to a small lakeside beach and a lake front walk. With private parking from April 2026.

È inoltre vicino alla piu' rinomata Bellagio (10 minuti d'auto o bus) e ai migliori punti del lago: Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta,Varenna,Menaggio...... L'appartamento é spazioso, luminoso e con tutti i comfort per ospitare coppie e amici. Inoltre dall'ampia terrazza si ha una splendida vista lago. (fronte Villa Balbianello e Isola Comacina).

LaDimora werd gebouwd in 1850 aan de Strada Regia. Dit is een Romeins (ezels)pad dat Como met Bellagio verbindt. Bij de renovatie van dit sfeervolle boerenhuis werden alle denkbare moderne voorzieningen gecombineerd met de mooie oude sfeer elementen. LaDimora ligt op wandel afstand van het strand, de bushalte, verschillende restaurants, een bar, kano- en (speed)bootverhuur en een supermarkt waar je dagelijks vers brood kunt kopen en ook pizza kunt bestellen (één dag van te voren bestellen).

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
