L' appartamento è ricavato in una tipica casa Veneziana del 1600 e si trova molto vicino al Canale di Cannaregio ed al Ponte dei Tre Archi . Completamente ristrutturato è' composto da ingresso, area cucina e pranzo, bagno e ampia camera contenente un letto ed un divano letto . Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione dei treni . Godrete delle bellezze di Venezia soggiornando in un ambiente molto accogliente e strategicamente posizionato per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.

Siamo nel cuore di Venezia, nel quartiere di San Polo, a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

Nel restauro e nella scelta della posizione, ho scelto di raccontarti la mia Venezia, attraverso quadri, architetture, oggetti antichi, mescolando l'utilizzo dell'oro e del verde, per riproporre il perfetto dialogo tra l'arte della Serenissima e la pace dei canali su cui affaccia la mia casa.

vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.

La dependance is a 45 square meters’ cozy, comfortable and fully renovated modern studio. The studio is on the top 3rd floor of an historical liberty villa, where my grandparents used to spend their summer time during the ‘50’s, in Venice Lido. It is located along the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
