The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. Podere Vergianoni è un antica e autentica casa colonica risalente al 1600 situata nelle splendide colline del Chianti in Toscana . L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Podere Pereti Nuovi - 现代托斯卡纳别墅

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.
