One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a mini fridge, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and cable TV are included.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This holiday home features a private balcony and a shared garden, which you can use. Public transport is within walking distance.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Basement "Michl With the puristic style of furnishing with earthy colors and furniture made of local larch wood, two to six people will find their own personal piece of happiness on 87m². For additional well-being: a modern wood stove and a private panorama sauna with wellness loungers. Always including the spectacle of nature: viewed through the windows, enjoyed from the 27m² panoramic terrace or experienced right outside the front door.

Gemütliches Apartment in St. Leonhard in Passeier für bis zu 4 Personen. Es bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch, voll ausgestattete Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd), Bad mit Dusche und eine sonnige, umzäunte Terrasse – ideal für Frühstück im Freien oder mit Hund. Nur 5 Min bis zur Bushaltestelle, ca. 30 Min nach Meran oder ins kühle, idyllische Pfelders. Perfekt zum Wandern und Entspannen.
