Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Cubi Studio

The studio is ideal for longer stays. It offers a small kitchen with a coffee machine on 25 m2, next to a comfortable bed (180 x 200), a small dining/work table with 2 stools, a closet, a wardrobe with a suitcase rack and a stylish bathroom with a rain shower. Of course, the studio has WiFi, a safe and a TV. Kitchen: there are pans but no oil or spices. Frying pans are not allowed for fire safety reasons. Please register pets (fees apply).

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. My father, an architect and avid watch collector, and my daughter Ginevra, who is named after the Swiss city, were the sources of inspiration for the creation of this unique establishment. My father's architecture studio was transformed into a refined location inspired by the world's most famous watches.
