Floating Sea House Shark 1 has two small terracies (9 m2 and 4 m2) and one big terrace (38m2) with private hot tub and exclusive view on sea, beach and Portorose.

Marina resort is composed of houseboats docked on the pier and of houseboats safely docked along the banks of the river Tagliamento, easily accessible via wharfs made out of exotic wood.
