In the process we created a new 400 sq. ft. ground floor unit with a private entrance for friends, family and Airbnb. We are LGBTQ friendly and have a safe space for solo female travelers.

We are walking distance to the Fruitvale Bart station, excellent local eats, and grocery stores.

Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.
