Qui, a poca distanza dal Lago di Como e da Varenna ( 20minuti di cammino molto ripido / 5 minuti di macchina), respirerete un'atmosfera fuori dal tempo: un giardino fiorito, un uliveto in cui passeggiare, la campagna coltivata, il lago e la montagna sullo sfondo. La nostra struttura è interamente eco-sostenibile.

You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes).

My home is a small nest with an enchanting view of Lake Como. It is very new, totally refurbished in july 2020. Modernly equipped, smart TV, air conditioning, new kitchen and new stuff. It is very closed to Perledo Center, with all the service available: market, postal service, pharmacy, bar restaurant at 400 mt. Private parking available.
