E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Grandma Jenny apartment is at minutes from the historical centre of Perugia and from the regional and interregional bus station. Restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets are at walking distance. Private garden and WiFi connection are available. For short stays (1-3 days), the apartment is comfortable for up to 4 people, using the sofa bed in the leaving room. For longer stays (1 week and more), the apartment is comfortable for a maximum of 2 people sharing the bedroom.

Al quarto piano, luminoso, arioso, bella vista, in zona perfetta per la visita dell'acropoli (stazione minimetrò a 200 mt) e delle altre cittadine umbre (2 minuti di auto dal raccordo autostradale, 250 MT dalla stazione ferroviaria). Parcheggio privato gratuito e sempre disponibile.

L’ appartamento e’ prossimo al centro città , a 50 metri dalla stazione Minimetro capolinea 'Pincetto'. E’ nella zona sedi universitarie e del tribunale. E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. E pertanto e’ possibile scaricare i bagagli davanti all’ingresso con l’auto . Con Parcheggio libero o a pagamento frontestrada.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Situated on the top floor of an ancient family home in the historic centre of Assisi, a short distance from the magnificent Basilica of San Francesco, “Assisi Al Quattro” is a haven of silence and regeneration, filled with the fragrance of medicinal herbs in summertime: I couldn’t help but falling in love with it.
