Giannella海滨别墅，可直接通往大海

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Una villa di 150 mq sul mare toscano di Prato Ranieri, circondata da un giardino meraviglioso e ben curato, posta in un'area pedonale tranquilla, con una spiaggia di sabbia proprio davanti al cancello. Dotata di due posti auto, è perfetta per famiglie e gruppi di amici, con un solarium privato, una zona relax e una area pranzo sotto un patio accogliente. La proprietà é impreziosita da un terrazzo panoramico sul tramonto. A pochi passi troviamo stabilimenti balneari, gelaterie bar e ristoranti.

Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Santa Marinella si trova a 60 Km da Roma, che è facile da raggiungere in treno. La stazione si trova infatti a 700 metri, e i treni più veloci portano a Roma San Pietro in 35 minuti.

Monte Argentario- authentic, real-Tuscany's well kept secret. Upper floor of villa with a balcony, with a table on and an amazing view of the sea. We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
