The house is in one of the most prestigious buildings of Pisa, the "Casino dei nobili", which dates back to the XVIII century. It's located in the very heart of the town, only a few hundreds meters from the leaning Tower, at the corner between Piazza Garibaldi and Borgo Stretto - one of the city's shopping areas, with many restaurants and bars.
The building is in a restricted traffic area, although free access areas are just a short walk away.
The apartment can accommodate 2 guests.
The apartment reflects the historical style of the building, with magnificent frescoes and terracotta floors that make it unique.
It consists of:
- living room with a large bed and a characteristic fresco-ed window overlooking Piazza Garibaldi and the "lungarno"
- small studio with window and a desk where you can work on your PC or study
- kitchen with window, fully equipped with microwave, hob and kettle. Coffee and tea for breakfast are available to guests
- marble bathroom, complete with shower, basin, wc and bidet
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, WI-FI, hairdryer, stereo sound system, linens and towels.
Please note that the apartment may be noisy at night and this can disturb people with a light sleep. (I will provide you earplugs)
The apartment faces one of the main Piazzas of Pisa, where people gather in the evening. If you read the reviews, this was not disturbing to many.
I recommend it too all those people who want to experience and enjoy the real city and want to reach any tourist attraction with a short walk.
La dimora è all'interno di uno dei palazzi storici più prestigiosi di Pisa "Casino dei nobili", risalente al ‘700, situato nel cuore della città a poche centinaia di metri dalla Torre di Pisa, ad angolo tra Piazza Garibaldi e Borgo Stretto, una delle aree cittadine dello shopping, con numerosi ristoranti e locali.
Si trova in una zona a traffico limitato, pur essendo a pochi passi da una strada accessibile alle auto.
L'appartamento rispecchia lo stile storico del palazzo, con affreschi e pavimento in cotto che lo rendono unico nel suo genere.
E’ così composto:
- soggiorno con una caratteristica finestra affrescata, che si affaccia su Piazza Garibaldi e dalla quale è possibile vedere il lungarno. in cui è presente un ampio letto;
- studiolo con finestra, completo di scrivania dove è possibile lavorare al PC o studiare;
- cucina con finestra, completamente attrezzata, dotata di forno a microonde, piano cottura e bollitore. Caffè e the per la prima colazione sono a disposizione degli ospiti.
Il bagno, in marmo, è completo di Box doccia, wc, bidet.
L'appartamento è dotato di zanzariere, connessione WI-FI, phon, impianto stereo, lenzuola e asciugamani.
