Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. Tuck into a traditional tuscan breakfast on the flower adorned patio before kicking back on the pinstripe sofa with book from the in-house library. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. È situato in una zona rurale, circondata da boschi e colline, e offre un'atmosfera rilassante a contatto con la natura. La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena! È normale incontrare insetti e altri animali tipici della campagna. Se sei allergico a qualche insetto o hai paura di loro, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te. 6 km da centro Pistoia

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
