Il Pollaio is the signature house of Casa Via Costa in Forio, the largest and most scenic space of the property. A bright open living area features a stunning glass wall overlooking the bay of Citara and a central fireplace for cozy evenings. Surrounded by gardens, it blends elegant Mediterranean décor with generous spaces. From May to October guests enjoy pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and daily housekeeping. In other months it is self-catered. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking included.

Dal terrazzo panoramico della Torre si accede all’interno . La porta d’ingresso si apre sul soggiorno, con un divano, un grande tavolo, un antico armadio in mogano e con l’angolo cottura. Una lunga scala conduce alla grande camera da letto, che ha due finestre, una che domina il paese ed ha un magnifica vista sul mare e sui tramonti , e l’altra che offre la vista sul monte Epomeo. Nella stanza c’è un piccolo bagno con water e doccia e un grazioso lavabo è a vista di fronte al letto.
