Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. Villetta Ginepro Palau, gelegen in der idyllischen Residence Capo d’Orso inmitten der grünen Macchia, ist ein Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber und Strandurlauber. Das neu renovierte Haus liegt nur 4 Gehminuten vom malerischen Strand Portu Mannu entfernt und bietet modernen Komfort in warmen, natürlichen Tönen. Auf einem sonnigen Hanggrundstück gelegen, verbindet die Villetta Stil und Entspannung. Ein Mietauto ist notwendig, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und Palau erreichen Sie in nur 7 Minuten.

Porzione di stazzo, cucina con divano letto e splendida veranda vista mare e tramonti, camera con seconda veranda vista campagna, bagno spazioso con finestra a cui si accede dalla camera. In camera è presente il secondo divano letto. A disposizione una doccia esterna e una lavatrice condivisa, vista sul tramonto unica. L’altra porzione di Stazzu è abitata da me, quindi alcuni spazi possono essere condivisi. Spiaggia raggiungibile con una buona camminata (20 minuti) o in tre minuti in auto.

The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Maison traditionnelle corse inspirée des bergeries anciennes en pierre et bois. Confort moderne et piscine chauffée au coeur du maquis. Calme, vue montagne. Ce « Caseddu » de 40 m2 se compose d’une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine, salon et cheminée et d'une chambre avec salle d’eau et toilettes séparées. Doté d’un équipement discret, il apporte tout le confort moderne nécessaire. A l’extérieur, terrasse bois et piscine chauffée (10 m2) offrent une vue imprenable sur la montagne.
