This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

The Antico Fienile La Nepitella in Florence is the perfect place for a vacation. You will find a residence immersed in the Tuscan landscape, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Florence and an hour from Siena. You will be surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with views of the historic Certosa dell'Ema, for a dream vacation. Three bus lines to Florence are nearby, and it is located 20 minutes from the Chianti region. It is a secluded corner, away from the usual tourist routes.

This beautiful apartment is in a historical Villa (1600) in a quiet residential complex situated in Scandicci on the hills around Florence. It was totally renovated in 2018. The apartment is made up of entrance, living room with TV and sofa which converts to double bed, bed room with double bed on mezzanine level, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with hob and utensils. There is air conditioning (from June - September) and wifi. Private parking in front of the Villa.

Oratory built in the 1500s, The Chapel is now a luxury home: a monumental living room with plaster works and painted vault (due to a restoration in 1776), dining-kitchen room, 2 bedrooms (1 with King size bed and 1 with two single beds), 3 complete bathrooms, laundry, private garden and parking. Air conditioning and WIFI everywhere, large screen TV, all that serves best for table and kitchen. Since it is far about 1 mile from the nearest village, a car is essential.

Antico fienile indipendente immerso nel verde della campagna ,vicinissimo a Firenze e al Chianti ,con piscina condominiale estiva. (apertura 08/06 al 08/09) Cucina soggiorno e giardino al piano terra con un bagno, al primo piano camera matrimoniale dalla quale è necessario passare per accedere a una cameretta con tre letti, uno dei quali a castello. Sempre al primo piano è presente il secondo bagno.
