Tipica casa in stile toscano immersa nella quiete della campagna della Versilia. La casa si trova ai piedi del parco e della Villa le pianore, un tempo residenza estiva dei principi Borbone e a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge versiliesi. La casa e' composta da una grande cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con termo camino, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero. Dispone inoltre di due camere matrimoniali dove è possibile aggiungere ad ogni stanza un letto singolo. Ampio bagno dotato di vasca in stile impero. All'esterno potete godere di un ampio giardino privato e recintato, garage coperto per auto, giochi per bambini, e lavatrice. La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. Aereoporto piu' vicino: Pisa circa 35 km, stazione piu' vicina: Viareggio circa 10 km. distanza dal mare circa 5 km. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .
