Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Your peace of Lapland! You are welcome to experience an authentic Lapland holiday! Here you will have an ecological Lapland handcrafted luxury wooden villa. The villa is located on a private peninsula. From the windows you can see an unique panoramic view of the lake. The distance to the beach is only 25 meters. You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

Cosy cottage by Kemijoki

The cottage is modern and cosy , very compact and located by the river Kemijoki. Amazing view to river and safe private beach for kids to play and swim. Big terrace and barbeque area gives for your staying more value. The interior of the cabin is decorated with Finnish design classics, and it is very cozy with all the household equipment needed. The price includes linen and towels. Suitable for families and group of friends.

Goahti (a traditional dwelling in Northern Sámi) is a 4th floor one-bedroom apartment right at the heart of the touristic centre, beside the river, restaurants, clubs, shops, hotels and safari offices. There is 1 double bed, a sofa bed, one extra bed + travel crib. A lovely Juliet Balcony with river and hill views. The bus for Santa's village & airport passes by the front door and there is a fast 100 Mbit/s wireless network.

Relax and feel the magic of Lapland in this peaceful accommodation with lovely neighborhood and a river just around the corner. Although the location has a countryside feeling, the city centre of Rovaniemi is only a couple of kilometers away along the ice road. Our house is perfect for a family or a group with kids - there is a lot of space to play inside and outside. You're most welcome!

Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.

Familyfriendly and cosy place to spend the holidays. Its a real home of the mother of three and grandmother of two. There is everything you need and more. Private accommodation. Close to nature and quite neighborhood. Good condition to move by walking, bike, bus, car or taxi.
