Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Da qui partono sentieri per escursioni tranquille. A 5 minuti dal centro di Vermiglio. A 10 minuti dal centro di Ossana. A 10 minuti dalle piste di passo del Tonale. A 15 minuti dagli impianti di Marilleva 900.

Zu Fuß können Sie durch eines der drei Stadttore spazieren und gelangen direkt in das charmante mittelalterliche Städtchen, mit deren rund 900 Einwohnern. Der Egghof ist als einziger Hof im Münstertal mit dem Gütesiegel "ERBHOF" ausgezeichnet. Dieses besagt, dass sich der Hof seit über 200 Jahren in Familienbesitz befindet. Der Egghof liegt auf 1700Hm. Auf dem Hof leben neben der sechs köpfigen Familie, Ziegen, Schafe, Schweine, Hühner, Katzen, ein Hund sowie ein paar süße Nager.

The well-furnished apartment “Pritscheshof Balkon” is situated in the Pritscheshof apartment building in Planeil (Planol), a little village in the western part of the beautiful Ötztal Alps in South Tyrol, and is ideal for hiking or cycling holidays in the stunning mountain scenery. The 70 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
