Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

This airy, recently renovated space is tastefully furnished with artwork and memorabilia from the Fratellini family, renowned circus performers of the last century. It is managed by Christian, an experienced host & heir to the Fratellini family, and his partner Beatrice, an architect & volunteer Airbnb Community Leader, who also oversaw the interior design.

Gaia è un appartamento molto accogliente al 3 piano di una tipica palazzina bolognese (senza ascensore). Grande soggiorno con cucina nuova e divano letto, ampia camera matrimoniale, bagno appena rifatto con doccia e lavatrice. Parquet sul pavimento, impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento. La cucina è completamente accessoriata (con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde). Comodo per le linee di trasporto pubblico e le grandi vie di comunicazione. Wifi gratuito. Ca' degli Orti has parking in the street (free from 18 to 8:00 and Sundays) and a big parking area only at few minutes from the house. The bus stop is at 1 min. and it takes just 10 -15 minutes to arrive to the city center. Outdoor patio with table and chairs to eat and relax. Sitting room with a sofa-bed, confortable for two people. The bedroom has two beds that can be prepared joined or separated and if requested, a bed for children (max. 4 years).

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.
