La posizione è strategica, in quanto risulta tra il paese di Stintino e la spiaggia della pelosa (1km circa 3minuti dalla casa). There is a fireplace in the corner, while old copper pans and home made baskets hang along the side on the wall. The veranda offers the option of having breakfast, lunch and dinner out in the open air and has a corner with view on the east-side garden where you can relax reading a book or enjoy a good Sardinian wine.
