The thing that we love most about this neighborhood is the convenience, because we live next to Santa Lucia train station, almost in front of the Vaporetto's (water bus) station and 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma (bus stop), so when we have to travel or go to any other Venice neighborhood it is easy and quick to use the public transport. We also love the atmosphere, because our house is very close to the Grand Canal, so we can always see what's happening in Venice just by putting our heads out of the window.
There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and stores next to our home, which is awesome, because we don't need to walk a lot to buy some stuffs.

The apartment is:
- 2 minutes of walking from Santa Lucia train station (the only train station in Venice)
- 5 minutes of walking from Piazzale Roma (all the taxis, buses and parking lots are there)
- 1 minute of walking from the Ferrovia Vaporetto station (water bus).
- 10 minutes with the Vaporetto until Rialto (Venice's center)
- 20 minutes with the Vaporetto until S. Marco (mainly historical place in Venice)
How to get here from the airport?
- Catch the shuttle bus ATVO bus service or ACTV Bus number 5 in the Airport. The final destination is Piazzale Roma.
