Stunning place , perfect location to explore Helmsley and visit the shops and pubs . It’s beautifully decorated making it a lovely base to relax in . If you’re looking for a cosy place to switch off , kick back and relax this would be the place to choose. The garden area is beautiful too
A lovely space with a beautiful bedroom and living room. And so close to town but brilliantly quiet (slept so well)
The cottage was located near to everything in Helmsley. It was beautifully decorated to an high standard inside and very warm. We did have to be careful of the low beams and the path outside was slippy due to the weather. The cottage has a parking space which is an advantage as parking in Helmsley is limited. We would recommend this cottage
Nicely decorated place with a large lounge, big TV and comfortable bed. It’s in a very convenient location for all the cafes and restaurants in Helmsley. However just be aware if you want to eat in there is only a microwave and toaster. Also to note the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom downstairs and there is an extremely low beam in the bedroom that you need to be be very careful about.
Comfortable and peaceful with places of interest, shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

The best thing about running the business is the wonderful people we meet! My husband Richard & I have always taken care of people in the way we like to be treated and this has been the recipe for the great fun and success we have had. Adjacent to the Carriage, we have a self-contained, one-bedroom Garden Cottage available to rent which means that a party as large as 6 people can be comfortably accommodated. The Garden Cottage is listed separately, so would need to be booked separately. We look forward to seeing you !
