This is a very nice place in a great location near Short Beach. We needed a bigger place with more rooms and so this was a great deal being so close to the beach and a great restuarant around the corner and kayaking and biking on the beautiful coastline. Greg is a super nice host as well.

Spacious and spotless. Truly turnkey. Everything is in good working order. House is stocked and designed and furnished so well that we literally didn’t have anything to ask Gregory about! Great house for family of 5 adults, all with spouses/partners. (Be aware that the master bedroom in the loft is open to the main floor below.) Lovely welcome gift. Tons of outlets and USB ports. Great communication; always helpful.

We love Gregory’s house! It was our third time staying. It is huge and beautiful and I can see he is constantly updating and improving. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well stocked, and there are plenty of spaces to gather with the group or get away for some privacy.
