This air bnb is a great budget option. The immediate neighborhood is very quiet, and you can park infront of the house. I am familiar with New Orleans and you have to be very careful getting Airbnbs due to high crime areas. But this Airbnb is a safe bet. I would only reconnect driving or ubering from the house. The house itself is very nice for a economic option. 3 bedrooms! Do not expect luxury or higher end accommodations. The house is basic but very good, with plenty of room for everyone. Only one bathroom though. I would stay here again 100% if the price was right!

Solid spot to stay if you plan on visiting Nola. Mrs. Debra was very responsive and the house was comfy after a long night out.

Dead roaches in kitchen, no exit except through front door, no first aid, fire extinguishers, or carbon monoxide detectors, 2 smoke detectors, coffee pot shorted out, not as described. All rooms have 2 twin beds, dinnerware for 3 people, 1 skillet, 2 pots, and 1 8x8 backing dish. No toiletries, personal hygiene or laundry supplies. 2 little holes in between the tub & toilet where you can see daylight. I reached out to the host and she was very rude and disrespectful. Insinuated I was coming down off drugs. Called me on my cell phone and told me to “leave her the f$&@ alone”! I have witnesses. Called me a liar even though I offered to send her all the videos and pictures. There’s bars on every window and the only exit is through the front door, which doesn’t shut, you have to dead bolt it so it will stay shut. There was a towel with ejaculation on it put up with the clean towels. We paid over $700 for this house and I will never rent from this host again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON’T

This location is less than 10 minutes from downtown NOLA. It is bare bones but everything you need from a short term rental. Debra is very helpful and communicative.
