This was my first time using Airbnb. I needed a place that could hold a number of my family members to celebrate Thanksgiving. Jerry's place was perfect for the 12 of us. We enjoyed the space, the kitchen size, the dining room table, the bedrooms, and the beautiful surroundings of the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer. Jerry was such a great host! He went above and beyond to ensure we enough blankets, towels, and even provided an air matresses in case we needed it. He was responsive and helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Jerry as a hoat and this beautiful property.

Absolutely amazing!! We had an awesome time and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and surrounding property! All the water toys, swing set and lots of building toys were just right for my under 5 year old grandkids. We used the crab pots and had delicious "sides" of blue crab at most of our meals. Immaculate and fully stocked kitchen easily let our family cook together and there were multiple areas where we could all sit and share time but lots of private space, too. The 4 bedrooms very easily accommodated 6 adults and 5 children and there was still space left... Seasonal jellyfish kept us out of the creek or beach water, so the community pool was very nice when open. Fantastic family fun here!

The house was great and very spacious. The host was attentive. We enjoyed all the water activities and the pool. We recommend Tom Roads enchanted trail. It's only 20 mins away.

Great place! The layout worked really well for us. The pool was a godsend as it was crazy hot and it was typically empty. Kayaks were nice. Nice to sit on the dock and revel in the birds and the quiet. Not a lot around but quiet roads for good biking. The only major issues we had was a sticky button for the oven (tough to get on or over 350) and lack of room darkening shades or curtains in a room or two. Jerry was very responsive.

Amazing river house! Beautiful home with so much to do inside and out! Would absolutely recommend for a relaxing family getaway. We had 8 kids with us and there was so much for them to do. There were tons of games and toys for time spent inside. The bedroom with the projector was perfect for movies at bedtime! The master bedroom was perfect for us and our baby. They had necessities for the baby (high chair and pack n play) so I didn’t need to pack those items which was great. I honestly can’t say enough! Owners were amazing with communication as well. Answered my questions before I even had to ask. :)
