We enjoyed a peaceful stay at Eric’s place. The weather wasn’t the best the first day so we were glad for the comfy couch and large tv in the living room. We also enjoyed our French pressed coffee while sitting in the screened in porch with a view of the water. And our two dogs loved exploring the large fenced in back yard. The house was beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Beautiful home and relaxing stay. The home was exactly as described and pictured with tasteful coastal decor and all of the extras and amenities you’d need. We brought our fur baby and were pleasantly surprised by the unique pet minded touches. The highlights for us were the beautiful screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee, spacious living room with large comfortable sectional and an awesome TV- perfect for football season’s return. We’re big walkers and loved that we could walk to most restaurants and recommended attractions. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some peace and relaxation in Colonial Beach.

We really enjoyed staying in Eric's place! It was clean, organized and had all the perfect amenities for us. What we really enjoyed was the amount of items it had for children. We had three littles with us and this place has ALL the toys for both inside and out! It was wonderful to not have to bring many things for the kiddos because Eric had it all! :) We loved sitting on the screened in porch for meals and quiet evenings and thoroughly enjoyed hanging in the large fenced yard. This was again, perfect for the kids. We will definitely be back for our next Colonial Beach stay!
