Our host was kind, considerate, and flexible. After booking this space, she prompted informed us that the air conditioner had broken. She offered a bigger space as a replacement at no additional charge. Upon arrival, we realized the place was a little further from the beach than we imagined. We called our host and respectfully asked to cancel. She was completely understanding and agreed to a full refund. She did so with a positive attitude and no hesitation.

This was not the rental we booked one year in advance. We only heard one day before checkin that Casa Chocalate was not available for us. The alternate, Casa Ohana had everything we needed inside however, we originally picked Casa Chocalate for the beautiful outside pool and lots of sun tanning space. The alternate, Casa Ohana was shaded all day until around 2 pm and then we only had 1.5 hr of tanning before it was shady again. It was also between two tall buildings so there was always a wind blowing thru the space so it was chilly sitting outside in the shade. The location was pretty close to the beach. We were very disappointed that our original booking wasn't available, not to mention that we were only given one days notice of the change. On a positive side the cohost, Maria, was awesome. She was very friendly, showed us around town for restaurants and beaches and she delivered and us and our luggage to the hwy on our last day so we could take the bus to the airport.

Considero que fue buena estancia La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra de la playa. El departamento bien amueblado y cómodo. Algo pendiente es que me hagan llegar la factura que incluya el IVA cobrado. En general bien, es una buena opción

Excelente lugar , amplio con aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para ir a relajarte, pero no hay internet. Por una u otra razón jamás hubo internet pero de ahí en más todo Perfecto
