This is a condo we hope to visit again next year and years following. We were so comfortable from the minute we walked in and felt very taken care of by Jon and the concierge staff. The space is very kid friendly which made traveling with our family easy - the best part is the pool and community. The pool is super kid friendly, we were there every day. And we loved that you can walk in town to coffee and restaurants so easily. Thanks to Jon, his family and staff!

We really like this little spot. Feels safe, very walkable to restaurants and shops, close to surf, and a really nice view. The apartment is just what I want in a home base: simple, clean, uncluttered, plenty of space. Jon was a great remote host. Very responsive and proactive to make sure things were in line for our arrival. He has an on site manager to take care of any needs at the unit.

Just spent 2 weeks here with our two kids. The place is incredibly well equipped and check in with the concierge team was seamless. Housekeeping was included every other day. The house has a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs & umbrella, and plenty of towels and extra linens. The drying racks for wet beach stuff was a huge plus. We’ve been coming to Punta De Mita for ten years and would definitely stay at Jon’s house again.

Gosh, I loved this place!: loved the expansive view, the condo layout, the furniture and beds, loved the beach access, the huge pool, the spacious deck, the location, and I really, really loved the genius & elegance of the sparse decor. There was no unnecessary clutter, and yet, everything one might want or need on vacation was there. The floor-to-ceiling windows caught the light and although we did not fully extend the patio doors, they could be pulled back completely for indoor-outdoor living. The bedrooms had room-darkening shades. A walk of three or four minutes brought us to many of Punta de Mita's excellent restaurants, and there were convenience stores just a block away. We were there for only three nights, but I wish it had been longer. I will be back.
