Michael and Ashlie’s place was just what we were looking for. Private spot, super clean, great beds, warm shower, close proximity to restaurants, laundry machines. The hosts were awesome and super hospitable on parking. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Santa Cruz. Thanks for everything Mike!

Very conveniently located. We were able walk to Santa Cruz beach boardwalk. Cozy space and friendly cat that was also on the property. Highly recommend for families visiting Santa Cruz.

Michael’s and Ashlie’s place is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The place is conveniently close to downtown. They were very friendly and communicative.

It was perfect! Very close to the both Downtown and the Ocean. It was a perfect get away home for a small family. A lot of space for 2br with a wonderful living room next the kitchen to enjoy time together in the evening and morning. We will look to see if this place is available first thing when we visit Santa Cruz again!

The hosts are amazing and communicative! The space was great for what we needed and I enjoyed the time we spent here. We booked while they had a pet allowance for a couple of months - I won’t say it’s exceptionally pet friendly - there’s a ton of fees and cleaning deposits on top of what you’re already paying for a cleaning fee. $200 for 3 nights + $150 refundable deposit + cleaning fee. It’s a lot. I get it because not all animals don’t shed or behave, so I fully understand them protecting the space. But something to consider if you’re booking during a pet friendly period. Location is ok. We ended up spending more time elsewhere and turned around on two walks because it got dicey. If you go towards the boardwalk or west, it’s great! Especially if that’s what you want - it’s a great spot with great amenities. It’s not unsafe - we felt very safe here, but walk a certain way and you may end up feeling that way.
