Brilliant apartment! The view is just amazing and the place is well furnished and equipped so everything is convenient. The house is very clean, cozy and stylish, making it a fantastic place to have a luxury holiday. Rita is nice and we communicated efficiently. Definitely will book for a second time if I come back to DC!

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Furnitures and equipments looks very new. Rita is a great host and there when you need her. She knows the area very well and provided me a lot of recommendations in terms of restaurants and places to visit. I had a great stay!

What a magnificent place and host! Before arriving, Communication was seamless and very efficient. In terms of the place, it was spacious, clean, and well-organized. The beds were comfortable, the temperature inside the house was perfect, and the outside area has enough space to have a good time and relax. The place was also spotless in regards to COVID, so it is safe to stay there.

I love this place so much with its affordable price and excellent river view!! Plus, though I’m quite picky about the cleanliness, this place really meets my standards👍 It’s just a one night stay but I really want to come for a second time to explore this place and it’s neighborhood

Just Amazing Place!... almost felt in love. Wow..! I do not know how to begin. Rita’s place amazed me so much that I wanted to stay in DC area for longer time. Although It was more like the last moment booking, Rita was very accommodating and her place was super clean!!! I really loved the whole vibe that this spacious apartment offered. Especially the view is amazing!!!! I couldn’t believe the value that i was getting from this property!! If i could give 10 stars i would! I liked the decorations and rita is so chill and cool person to talk with. I loved staying in this place and will definitely book again for long term next time! Thanks Rita for your hospitality!
