House was very close to Morrow's and The French Market. Back yard was nice and private.

Loved our stay here. The house is as described and we felt right at home. Not walkable to the quarter but not a problem as we used Ubers that were always quick and readily available. Beds were super comfy, all the things you’d need! Hot tub on back porch area was private and a very nice touch.

Cute house on the edge of walking distance to everything. Check in was easy and host helpful. We had no problem walking around the neighborhood during the day. At night we Uber’d in and out. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Thumbs up for this location.

We stayed two nights in this lovely home. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the clawfoot tub and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

We were a little surprised when we drove up the house. The neighborhood was a lot more run down than expected and felt a little unsafe. The house definitely needs some maintenance. There are a million electrical sockets and lots of light switches that don’t turn anything on or off. One of the beds in the house was nice but the other one (at the end of the house) was not comfortable. The mattress was super soft and lumpy. It would be nice if each bedroom had a dresser to put clothes away. There were hangers in the closet but it’s nice to just put folded clothes in a drawer. Also wish there were bedside tables and lamps next to each bed. The house was nice and roomy. Huge TV was a plus. The couch was definitely showing its age and there were lots of stains on it. Having a washer and dryer and laundry soap provided was nice. The water and ice dispenser did not work on the fridge. Hosts should highlight the Marigny/Bywater areas that are close. We loved walking to them and exploring.
