Wade lives right on the property and was available to answer all of our questions. He was extremely accessible and welcoming. The apartment was clean and beautiful, situated right in the middle of Hopkins. Nearly everything was walkable, and our friends made use of the free bike rentals. To find this apartment, keep an eye out for Happy Shopping Center on the right as you're entering Hopkins--Latitude 17 is right next door. There's a driveway between 2 identical looking buildings with a Latitude 17 sign. Your apartment is straight down the driveway in front of you. There's a gate next to the garage, and Wade will likely meet you there. If you hear barking dogs, it's a good sign that you're in the right place! (The dogs do not bark incessantly--only when people are coming and going. They did not bother us at all!) Ask Wade about the lookout tower :)

It takes 2.5 hours to get from the airport to Latitude 17, so make sure to book a shuttle ahead of time, or it will be about $250 each way with a taxi.
