We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The back patio was spacious and having stairs directly down to the ocean was a unique and wonderful feature. There are plenty of great local spots to explore nearby, and the sunsets from the rooftop pool were truly unbelievable. The view from the property is tremendous, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Beautiful location and house. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities needed. We had enough towels and beach towels too. Beds were comfortable. AC every room and living room. It was incredible to look at the waves all day right from our bedroom and balcony. Exactly as described. The outdoors space is comfortable and again the view is breathtaking. We were able to see the sunset as well. We were 6 adults and my 16 years old son. We want to come back to Rincon and stay in this house again.

Overall the location and house was great. The crashing waves do get a bit loud at night, but I’m certain some people enjoy that. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. I wish I would have seen the top bunk bed doesn’t have any rails (as shown in photos). Ultimately we pulled the mattress to the ground, so everything worked out fine.

Generally nice spot in quiet neighborhood near uncrowded beach. Condo was ok, but lacked style. Garbage can had no top, florescent lights, loud metal door closed like a jail cell, top bunk bed needed railing and hot tub was out of service. So, overall, meh.

The condo is situated perfectly with a gorgeous oceanfront view! The view from the swimming pool is breathtaking! My only complaints are there is no room for luggage in each bedroom and the bathrooms can use an upgrade. My wife almost lost her ring down the drain in the master bathroom. But, overall, a darn good place to stay!
