The place is very nice with all the modern amenities and their terrace garden and sitting is awesome to chill out with big group and family. The host and the caretaker both are amazing and very helpful in all the ways.

I just love love love this apartment! It became my sanctuary of peace and rejuvenation. I stayed for month and felt like home. This apartment is honestly most luxurious place I have stayed in India. And that huge terrace is just breathtaking! Olav is an amazing human very considerate and caring. He was always here for me to help and I can say that he becomes my friend. Thanks Olav, I will be back!

Nous avons apprécié l’appartement d’Olav, la propreté et la cuisine quand même bien équipée pour nous qui cuisinons beaucoup à la maison. Avoir une cuisinière avec un four est tout de même rare dans les locations d’appartement en Inde. Un plus également, un filtreur pour l’eau, avec bouteilles en verre que l’on peut remplir. Un des meilleurs restos du coin, Zest café sur la très belle et peu achalandée plage de Talpona. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et bien profité de l’appartement d’Olav. Par contre, l’internet ne fonctionne pas toujours bien, nous devions souvent partager la connection avec notre carte SIM. Diane et Carol Québec Canada

I absolutely recommend Olav’s apartment: - across all options this apartment has a terrace with furniture, grill (and you can use it) - this terrace and apartment is actually the best spot to observe the sunset in that apartment buildings complex - the kitchen has the dishwasher, the washing machine, the oven - it has stereo system to listen the music - there is a cleaning included once every 3-4 days including changing the bed linens - the apartment is very spacious - it has two restrooms :) - self check in/out is possible Olav and Margaret are very helpful hosts. - they helped me to order a taxi from and to the airport for a very good market price (not overpriced at all) - they suggested a lot of cafes, shops, restaurants, places where I can buy something specific, etc - Olav helped me to rent a bike and give me a contact if the guy (and everything went absolutely smooth - that helped a lot) The area is very calm. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the ocean by a moped.

The Airbnb itself was exactly as described in the listing. The photos accurately represented the space, and there were no surprises upon arrival.
