We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, close to local cafes and mini markets, and also just a short walk to the river and city center side. Our host was very nice. She met us for check in, explained everything to us, and she also met us at checkout and even made sure we had a taxi available. The apartment itself was clean and spacious for our family of four. It's in a lovely building with just a limited number of apartments. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying at Cristina's apartment. We loved the neighborhood because everything was accessible including a park that was two blocks away, a grocery store, two coffee shops and many restaurants. Although there was lots to do the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very comfortable for my husband, myself and our 9 month baby. Cristina was so kind and made our stay very easy!

Fabulous stay. GREAT location…I prefer the Oltrano side of the river. Great bakeries near by as well as grocery/produce shops. It’s an easy walk into the city center over several of the nearby bridges. Christina’s place is quite, spotless and exactly as shown - with the exception, that the second bedroom photos show one large bed, but it is actually two single beds very close together. Great water, pressure, great appliances, and comfortable beds. This apartment is easy to feel like you are home away from home while in Florence.

Cristina was the perfect host. She communicated well with us prior to our visit and even helped us with a driver to pick us up and return us to the train station. Upon arrival, she met us at the apartment and gave us clear instructions for everything in the apartment. She even gave us local dining suggestions and one of the restaurants she suggested, Napo Leone, was outstanding. The outdoor space is very large and kept clean. Great outdoor furniture makes the space very comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that, although the unit is beautiful, it might not be suitable for someone with limited mobility. The apartment is two levels and there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment from the street and then again, stairs down to each of the bedrooms which are located on the first floor. Other than that, I would recommend contacting Cristina for your next trip to Florence.

Cristina was a lovely host. She was very communicative when checking in as our planes were delayed. She was kind through the whole process and even showed us around the flat when we got there. The place is really lovely and in a perfect location. Right in the culture of Florence and next to so many restaurants within walking distance. Also being so close to the bus/train station was amazing. Overall, a great experience from a great host. If we ever come back to Florence, we hope to be able to stay here again.
