El Momo was a great place to stay during my visit to Saba. Andries and his wife were wonderful hosts - great communication, timely responses, very welcoming/friendly and you could tell they took a lot of pride in El Momo. I stayed in the "lizard" cottage and the cottage itself is very basic, but has small touches to make you feel at home. As others have mentioned, there are quite a few steps to get up to the cottages, but that was something I didn't mind. It was also a short walk into Windwardside where you can find anything you may need. I looked forward to my walk into town at sunset each night for dinner. And I can't say enough about the view - that alone was well worth the cost of my stay! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the price point was perfect for what you get. Highly recommend!

El Momo was wonderful, quiet, clean, nature. Neighbours are very friendly. Already felt like home. Everything is easely going by foot. All where very nice. This place is perfect to be out of action in nature, but still near enough to Windwardside (5 min. by foot) for all Restaurants. be aware that you to go another 70 steps upward to be at the cottages. But that's the best warm up for mount scenery. If you’re looking for a good sunset place El Momo terrace is perfect. And Jobeans glass art is right down there. She makes some awesome work.

Saba island living at its finest! I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay in the Lizard Cottage, with my own private bathroom and deck area. This place is a magical escape away from the ordinary traditional commercial lifestyle. There is just nothing quite like it, and I highly recommend for everyone to come experience it! Andries is a perfect and knowledgeable host, who was extremely helpful and accommodating with all of my questions! Cannot wait to return back one day!
