Watch for whales, birds, seals, and sea lions while relaxing on the deck. One bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. They both share a bath in the hall. This is a duplex so if you need more room for family and friends, reserve Surfside Cottage North. While this is ocean front with wonderful views, the beach access is a short drive either north or south of the home. Surfside Cottage South is the perfect jumping off point to any part of the Central Oregon Coast you plan to enjoy. Bring your kayaks and standup paddleboards becuase this home is a short 2-minute drive south to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. You are just a short drive to Newport where you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, or walk along a working bayfront and enjoy fresh seafood either cooked to perfection onsite or bought off a boat for you to prepare at home. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog.
