Downstairs: As you walk in you'll spot a large round dining table with colourful velvet chairs and the herringbone brick tiled floor leads into the spacious kitchen which has just been re-fitted with hand built painted bespoke units. The kitchen table and window seat mean there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy mealtimes together and there's a big island alongside a huge olive green Smeg range cooker and a double door Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer. There's a large butler's sink and dishwasher and everything you need for preparing and serving delicious meals. A long bench seat under the window provides a comfy spot for relaxing and there's a table for 6. The Pantry: A crittal style door leads into a handy pantry with plenty of storage space and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of space for drying clothes and hanging coats. The Sitting Room: The cosy sitting room is the perfect place for curling up next to the woodburner and enjoying a film on the Sky Glass television. Naturally there is full Gigaclear ultrafast broadband so streaming movies or working from home is not a problem here.
