The location is amazing if you need access to downtown, restaurants, etc., everything is walkable. The place is very comfortable with everything you need to make yourself right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The showers had nice pressure and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. My mom was with me, and at 74 the stairs were a little steep for her, so that's something to be aware of, but it was no trouble for me or my daughter! Also, the doorbell is a Ring device which does not signal the occupant if someone is outside, once I realized this I just had any deliveries marked for them to text me instead of ringing the doorbell. I highly recommend this location.

Dilip’s place was perfect. Clean, tasteful - just a great space. The location was perfect - walkable to a few great restaurants, parks, and the Brandywine River and nearby attractions.
