I would 100% stay here again and recommend it. The house was conveniently located steps from the beach. There were 5 adults but we could have fit a ton more! I missed seeing the bikes in the garage until our last day and the chairs/beach stuff but that would have been great to use! Area was really peaceful and quiet. Home had plenty of towels, a nice washing machine and kitchen with the essentials. Overall, great stay!

This was our second time staying here because we had such a lovely experience last year. It was noticeably more run-down than last year (scuffs on the wall, missing paint, stained furniture) but otherwise was perfect and that's pretty understandable. You can't beat the location!

My team and I needed a retreat to get work done and also have some fun in the Newport Beach area. This was the perfect place for a group to relax, cook, work, and play (lots of fun games included on-site!). There was space for everyone and each room was comfortable and super clean. The decor is beachy and creates an atmosphere that perfectly pairs with the beautiful beach right outside the front door. The Avant staff was accommodating, friendly, and always available for any questions and recommendations. We had such a good time that we even extended a few extra days. Thanks for the great stay, we highly recommend staying here!
