But first, the rules... - Max: 2 guests per bedroom - No Animals (this is a strict animal-free zone due to the severe allergies of the owners). - Check-in: 4PM / Check-out: 10AM. - No smoking in the unit. - Quiet time between 10 PM and 8:00 AM OK, now that we have all that out of the way ;-) Note 1: This condo is in the Spanish Main condo complex. It is on the ocean and in downtown Cocoa Beach - which is the heart of the "SPACE COAST" of FLORIDA. Eastern seaboard, just south of Kenndy Space Center. And yes. You will be able to watch the rockets launch (weather permitting) from each of our 5 condos. Note 2: Unlike our four other condos on the upper floors, this is a ground-floor unit with a lovely view of the ocean. You just won't be able to see waves crashing on the beach... Guests love it because your toes can be on the beach in about 30 seconds - and even less for the pool. Even though you have a view of the pool, this condo feels very private and secluded... This is mostly due to the fact that there are new windows which prevent people from seeing in during the day - and the shades are typically drawn in the evening. Top Facts: - Our pricing/discounts encourage stays of 4 nights or more... - Our condo's are tricked out with about everything you would want - meaning you can pack LIGHT! - In-unit washer and dryer - No pool or building to "look over" to see the ocean - This is a DIRECT ocean view - NOT a side-on view - No street to cross to get to the beach - 30-second walk to toes in the sand - These are real photos of the unit you will be renting - We provide beach gear: chairs, towels, cooler, and a Shibumi sunshade. These sunshades provide better protection than an umbrella - and do not break or become dangerous projectiles in the wind. In other words, we do not provide beach umbrellas. - Even though this is a ground-floor unit, it is not ideal for wheelchairs and walkers due to narrow doorways and hallways. Now that is out of the way, more about this recently renovated 1,450 sqft condo. Walkable to many restaurants, on the beach - and next to the pool! Ground floor and with a view of the ocean. It really does not get any better for a family getaway! No road to cross - just walk out the back door and you are about 25 steps to the beach walkover! PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED & LICENSED VACATION RENTAL - The owners have a total of 7 upscale vacation rentals (5 in Cocoa Beach - 2 in Breckenridge, CO). We go to great lengths to make sure our guests have a good experience. - Note: After you book you will be sent a link in our welcome message through Airbnb - to fill out a welcome form. Please be respectful and complete it asap as there is much planning and scheduling of cleaners that take place behind the scenes. This form will also provide a spot for you to request early check-in (normal time is 4 PM) /check-out (normal time is 10 AM).
