Jeb was very responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to get to know. The place was super clean and well appointed, especially for back yard outdoor activities which included corn hole, badminton, bocce, and even an axe throwing target (fee may be associated). The nicely remodeled cape cod is a ten to fifteen minute walk from downtown Berlin and even shorter ie four minute walk to Burley Oak brewery which I highly recommend. Note nearby grain silos add some local color as did a very loud fire alarm system which sounded only once during our three day visit. Our queen bed was comfortable and the bedding high quality. The kitchen was well appointed and included coffee for our convenience. We managed to squeeze eight into the house with the mixture of double beds, singles and sofas. Loved hanging out on the spacious and sunny back deck with new outdoor furniture overlooking an expansive back lawn and with mature trees . Overall the visit was a delight.

What a beautiful, spacious, home away from home! My family couldn’t have been happier at the Sunshine house; it was clean, comfortable and literally had everything you could want in home away from home or a hotel. The rooms were inviting, the fuse ball table and large TV made for fun evenings and there is a huge yard for kids to play or just to enjoy the peacefulness of the shore. Jeb was so attentive and covered all questions/details about house in his house manual and text messages. Going to the beach or Berlin, the sunshine house is the way to go!

Jeb is a fantastic host - always responsive and willing to be very flexible when we needed to make some last minute changes to our plans. His home is so clean and nicely decorated, with all the amenities you could want. It actually seems even more spacious than the pictures may indicate. It was perfect for our family of 6, and our 2-year-old grandson loved playing in the big back yard. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Berlin's shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed a trip to Assateague and Stephen Decatur Park during our stay. I would highly recommend this home - it is beautiful and Jeb makes you feel right at home. My only regret was being unable to enjoy the lovely patio and fire pit due to the weather -- but there's always another time for us to do that!

Jeb was an extraordinarily proactive and responsive host. The house was situated nicely, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Berlin and within 15 minutes of Assateague beach. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I feel like Jeb really takes into consideration the comfort of his guests, from the availability of beach supplies to communicating (with photos, no less!) thorough entry instructions and house rules. We felt right at home (the house really feels like it was fixed up with love and care), and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
