Jim was an amazing host!! The property was beautiful, tastefully decorated and had many much appreciated amenities (even an ice pack for a headache). This was the most well-appointed Airbnb I’ve stayed at and highly recommend!!

I had booked a hotel for my stay in Ankeny, and when I arrived, there was a lot of construction noise going on all around it. I checked Airbnb and found Jim’s place. He was so accommodating and allowed me a last-minute reservation. It was much closer to the meeting I was attending and so quiet, which was very important to me. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Jim was extremely responsive. Highly recommend

This is our 2nd time staying at Jim’s place. It is a great place to stay when we visit our son at Iowa State! Jim is a great host and his place is always very comfortable and clean. We will definitely continue to stay here.
