Muhammad is a great host, very responsive. The place is okay, although it's a bit buggy, but it has a lot of potential. The view is nice, but unfortunately, you can't spend time in the backyard due to bugs and. There's no fire pit, and they told us to open fire on the ground in the backyard. Additionally, there's no outdoor furniture. The barbecue could use a thorough cleaning and more tools. It would be better to have the sofa on the main floor in front of the TV instead of in the basement ! Overall, the place is okay, but the grass needs to be cut, and the surroundings are amazing. A great stay! The cottage is very nice, it is a bit buggy but it is a cottage after all. The neighbours were all very nice and it is a peaceful area. Aside from a few notes (listed below) the stay was hassle free and relaxing. A few notes: there are technically 3 bedrooms (as listed) however there are only 2 beds. the water doesn’t look like the photo (there is a lot of grass and such, not inviting to swim in) and there are no muskoka chairs on the dock.

Nice modern home. Had problems with fireplace and sauna but overall good value. Ok for boating but not swimming. It is in a reedy bay about 2 ft deep. 10 min boat ride through a channel to get to the main lake.

Pros - interior newly renovated, sun room, decent kitchen space. Cons - outdoor needs lot of maintenance, cannot really sit outdoors or use the deck to go into water. Best option is public lake 15-20 mins away in Bobcaygeon. Poor communication post checkout.
