Lipy is extremely helpful and responsive. She gave excellent directions to the place and was flexible with the check-in and check-out timings. Her place is just a 5 min walk away from the Ashwem beach with a beautifully decorated bedroom and a large balcony. There are also a couple of good restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Lipy’s place is very cosy and close to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The beach is also within walking distance (although you have to cross a river to reach it - at least at the time of our visit in March). Lipy’s aunt was very sweet and helped us arrange checkin and checkout. We had a very pleasant stay.
