I would just have to say this was by far one of the best spaces I’ve stayed in. The pictures don’t even do it justice because it is truly a beautiful and spacious property. Plus the fact that everything from the kitchen tl the bathrooms were FULLY stocked. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. And the neighborhood is very lovely and friendly too. Definitely recommend and honestly plan on booking again. Jennifer was also an amazing host and super responsive from immediately after booking to even after checking out. 10/10. Please stay here!!

My group of three had a great experience. Jennifer's place was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Cozy beds, great wifi, and the game room was a really fun perk! We had a small issue with the lock on the second day, and Jennifer responded within minutes. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

The place itself was very nice. It was lacking in basic kitchen items like a spatula or baking sheets. All the bedding was washed with a super strong scented dryer sheet that was overwhelming. We needed to wash the sheets the second night we were there to try and get rid of the smell. The street is extremely narrow. Many of the cars parked on the streets had dents on the driver side of the car. There was a lot of trash on the street and the building next-door was abandoned and trashed. If I had a really nice car, I wouldn’t feel that great about parking it on the street. Once you’re inside, the brownstone is gorgeous other than the strong perfume smell. The shower in the main bedroom is fantastic.

My family and I had a great stay at the Jade House. Jennifer is really responsive as to any questions you might have. The house was immaculate. My family really enjoyed the basement pool table and amenities. Just a great stay. Close enough to Fairmount Park area and a short Uber anywhere else you need to go. Neighborhood was quiet . Jennifer’s place is amazing would recommend. I didn’t want to leave I felt at home. Will be returning in the near future.
