David’s was just beautiful; clearly professional decorated, gleaming hardwood floors…spacious yet cozy. The kitchen was lovely, hammered copper sink w/ granite counters, Lenox dishes too & stocked w/ spices, oils & flours. There is a 1st floor bedroom which could be essential for many. The keyless entry was effortless & the outdoor cameras offered piece of mind. The welcome book & additional key were helpful. The sectional provided great seating for all, quality large tv & sound bar w/ access to many streaming apps. The beds were comfy & fans were provided in every closet. Bathrooms were immaculate; thirsty oversized bath towels & dark face towels were provided as well as quality shampoo/conditioner & body wash, makeup wipes, nail files, etc. The neighborhood felt safe next to the golf course & was quiet. The house was tucked away yet close to so much; 1/2 mile from Round Barn for events, down the street from First Watch for breakfast and West Sixth Brewing- great tacos & burgers!

House was as it was advertised. Also really appreciated that the HWH accommodated our group of 6 all showering w/o breaks, thoughtful details through our house are useful for travelers, beds are comfortable, and neighborhood is quiet.

We were in town for my son’s wedding so even only seven of us staying there we had many out of town guests visited us and we told David about that and he had no problem. Kitchen , bedrooms , bathrooms everything was well stocked . We felt at home, wish car parking was more better , one of our car got flat tire as we were parking , parking is there but you can’t see it’s more grass and bricks. Everything else was great, we were there for full week and enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our trip to Lexington, and the house is beautifully decorated with all the necessities! Everything was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this location for your stay in Lexington!
