This is a hidden gem, I would highly recommend this property. We had read some bad reviews, but pleasantly surprised how great this place was and the value of an ocean front property. We will be back

This place was AMAZING. Slight hiccup at check-in as the cleaning ladies weren’t done just yet, but we enjoyed the beach while we waited, aside from that had no issues. Some had complaints on how minimalistic it is, but for my family it was perfect. We didn’t come to the Bahamas to stay inside so this was great for us. It is much bigger than the pictures provided which was nice and provided some room between us and our teens by end of day. Both rooms have full bathrooms inside them. Master is on the main floor and loft with twins upstairs. There is room for an extra air mattress in a nook up there if needed. Speaking to several locals and other tourists you really are getting the best beach as it is quiet and private. Not many people on this beach if any so it was always so great. This unit balcony feels private and has a wonderful view. Only a couple of plastic chairs, but really worked out okay as we never had more than two people out there. We loved it! Will be back again for sure

Ce petit coin de paradis pourrait très vite se transformer en un séjour désagréable. Extérieur 🤗 Effectivement, la vue et le coucher du soleil sont magnifiques. La plage a côté est très belle et calme. L'espace privé avec hamac et table est commun avec les autres logements, 2 hamacs et 2 tables pour minimum 4 logements. Mais reste très agréable si vous avez la chance d'en profiter, puis les points positifs s'arrêter là. intérieur 🫣 Le logement: il est équipé du stricte minimum dans la cuisine. Le mobilier (cuisine, salle de bain, canapé) est très abîmé et en mauvais état, il mériterait d'être renouvelé. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour la nuit car nous avions l'impression de dormir dans la même pièce que les groupes de climatisation. L'hôte: ne répond pas aux messages durant le séjour. Nous avons prévenu l'hôte que nous étions envahi de fourmis dans la cuisine mais pas de réponse. Impossible de laisser de la nourriture dans la cuisine sans attirer plusieurs centaines de fourmis
