Beautiful home and location; the walk to the beach was absolutely perfect! Our family felt right at home and the host was very responsive and even let us check in a little early! We appreciate your hospitality and we will be back again! 😊🌊🐚

Perfect getaway for a fun, relaxing, five night stay with friends. Lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen, which made it great for home cooked meals. Many great restaurants in the area, would highly recommend Po House, even walking distance. Evening walks on the beach, watching the moon rise and the sun set at the same time from the balcony was gorgeous. Would highly recommended this place. John was a great host.

We had a great stay over spring break! The house is just over the dunes from a stunning beach and a quick drive to many restaurants and shops. We really appreciated how well stocked the house is, especially the kitchen! Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and everyone loved playing pool. The house also has the most comfortable couches that recline with footrests! We had some nice weather for April and we’d love to come back again. John was very responsive and a great host!

This not the new fancy place that many beach homes boast about, instead it was like stepping back in time to the kind of place I used to go as a child. It was designed to relax at the beach and bring family together. The open kitchen into the dining and great rooms were a wonderful place to gather as family for meals, social time, entertainment, and just hanging out. The pool table was also a big plus as my family members challenged each other to games of eight ball. The kitchen is well appointed and loaded with the things you need for even the most complex meal. Our family enjoyed our stay at the Outer Banks and really enjoyed the small community of Avon.
